Dear all,

I have posted questions about my staus before, and received great help from you. One single last thing I am now asking about, which maybe more important than I thought.

We are filling the application for a travel document, and it only talks about the last five years. My wife has been with me abroad for almost 8 years. Before then, she lived with me in Canada for one year and a couple of months (420 days).

Is her reisdency status still valid?

In the aplicaion, should we fill it only for 5 years or put the whole 8 years?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi

As answered in your previous thread, yes, her PR status is still valid.

They only care about the last 5 years, so no need to include anything before that.

please share your experince.you have issued a travel document by embassy and where r u now.everything gone ok.if you are in canada, you have applied for renew PR card and what is the status at present.pls must share your experiences.
