listening-8.5

reading-6.5

writing-6.0

speaking-7.5

overall band score-7

is it enough to get admission in

IELTS score is very good. All Canadian (good) universities require GMAT score above 550 and work experience. For MBA programs, I will recommend site called find MBA. Just Google it by typing 'find MBA'. Thomson River University accepts students for pre MBA program but you need to write GMAT for 10 months MBA program later. If you have business background then there is one year course called Global Business Management which does not require GMAT.
