Statutory Questions section in ITA form

Hi,

So in the statutory questions section. there is a question that asks if you were ever denied visa to any country.
i was denied tourist visa, along with my parents and sister, to USA in the year 2005.

Is this required to be included?

Is this required to be included?

Yes. Including it will have no effect on your Canada PR application. But not including it will amount to misrepresentation, which can cause rejection and further ban.
