I want to know the difference between these two questions

Has my name been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

Has My name ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I was once refused the extension of PGWP. I have included the similar reasons for both the question. i.e what i wrote for one i copy pasted same for the other one.

Is that a rite action

Hello guys,
I'm answering the questions...
1. Has ___ been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
ANSWER: YES
-My first application for the Canadian Visa as a visitor was refused on MonthDay, Year due to lack of supporting documents to proof my intentions to exit Canada at the end of my period of stay. One year after this refusal, I applied again with the proper documentation and was granted the Visitor Visa which allowed me to visit my family in MonthDay, year.
-Recently, my previous application for the Permanent Residence (NUMBERXXXX) was cancelled as incomplete on MonthDay, 2019.

2. Has ___ ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
ANSWER: NO

Would that be accurate?

Thanks!

These questions are pretty tricky. Well, for the answer of your first question, you just need to write the reason of refusal of visitor visa along woth date. You don't have to follow it up with what happened when you later got a visa.

Second question asks if you have ever been refused a VISA or permit... Well, you had been refused a visitor visa, so here as well you will write the same reason as the statutory question above.

PS. I was also refused a US visitor visa and had answered as I mentioned above.. Got ppr eventually.
