Statutory Question - US H1B petition revoked after visa issued

Hi,
My H1B petition has been revoked by the employer after issued a H1B visa.
In my PR application, statutory question column, CIC asked about the visa refusal /rejected/denied details?

Should i inform about my H1B petition revoked to CIC ? Is it part of visa rejection category?

Please share your comments ASAP.

Note i never travel to U.S using my H1B.

Can some one tell me whether should i include this information into my POST ITA statutory question section or Just attached a LOE to let the CIC know the fact.
