What do you write to fill up the form "imm5669E" in the place of if the answer is "Yes" ,provide details below.

Do you write the reason of Rejection or just the date and what visa was refused.

Thank you for your swift reply.But the issue is I have lost the refusal papers as I have relocated and I don't recall the details.

Will it be an issue,if I don't put the details?I think I may write something that was not mentioned.Please help.

I had a visa refusal, so i wrote the reason of rejection, date of rejection and application no of that visa refusal.

Try to at least remember the exact type of visa , reason for refusal and date of refusal. They do ask you to provide details so try to provide what you can. In my case i searched my gmail and luckily for mail from my company regarding the visa interview, so may be try searching older mails etc

Just be honest, and write whatever you remember. Also, mention that you don't remember the other details.

Can someone answer what will be the right answer for this question?

d)been refused refugee status ,an immigrant or permanent resident visa(including a Certificat de selection du Qubec(CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee ) or visitor or temporary resident visa,to Canada or any other country?

e)been refused admission to ,or ordered to leave,Canada or any other country?

I have been refused temporary resident visa to Canada & Refusal OF Entry Clearance in UK.

I should put yes in both questions.Just to be clear if I am correct.
