Hi all,
I had received an ITA and already submitted my file.
There was a statutory question "Has xxx been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"
I have been staying in Singapore for many years on work permit and I had applied for PR and it was rejected. The PR system in Singapore is based on race quota and it is completely normal to get a PR application rejected here and, one can continue to stay in Singapore with valid work permit after the PR rejection.
I answered the above question as NO while submitting the application and now I feel that I should have answered as YES. Should I raise a webform to clarify? Will raising a webform raise red flags like why I didn't say YES in the first place?
