Hi,

My girlfriend's extended family TRV visa refusal came in and we will reassess what we can do after getting the GCMS notes first.

I do have a question regarding the Statutory of Declaration that I had to get notorized, am I allowed to use the same one or do I require a new one to be notorized each time we submit an application?

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

We did provide her employment letter, approval for specified travel dates from employer as well.

I think the issue was that I mentioned we were engaged in the invitation letter, can't think of any other reason for the possible rejection, but I'll find out in the notes hopefully.
