statutory declaration.....plz help

hi forum members ....
i Got MR two days ago....they have asked me to provide with the statutory declaration that is showing our intention to reside in nominating province.....dear members please provide me some hints what to write in that and from where i can prepare this.( e g notary or police station)....is there anything we need to write about the sponser.?....

You can go to a Lawyer, they will write the letter for you and you can sign under oath or go to the Commissioner of oath but you have to bring your own letter(i think). The letter format is very simple just state that you intend to live permanently in that province like full time job, education so on.... same as Letter of affidavit.
