Hi there
I am filling up the statutory declaration of common law union form and I have a few questions.
1) The sentence: solemnly declare that we have cohabited in a conjugal relationship for _____ continuous year(s) from __date________ to ___date_______.
I need to fill in the date. My partner and I are still staying together. We started our cohabited conjugal relationship since last year. so what should i put for the to date since we are still living together?
and also, the part where I have to declare : have declared our common-law union under the canadian income tax act (T-1 " General - individual income tax return).
What does this mean?
