Hi,

I couldn't find answer to this question in this forum. Please suggest, when applying for parents sponsorship, does this document (form) need to be signed by the sponsored person (parents) or sponsor person!

As far as I know, it would need to be filled out by the sponsor and their common law spouse- only if the spouse was cosigning on the application.

No, not signed by the parents if the parents are married. And the sponsor would only need it if they have a co-signer who is their common law partner.
