Must I fill out this form with my common law partner even though she will not be accompanying me to Canada?
 
Why isnt she going with you to Canada? If shes just common law then break up with her.
 
I stated in my application that we are common law partners. I would like to know if I will be asked to submit form IMM5409E.
 
Well if it's not on your document checklist just write a letter of explanation stating that she is just common law.
