Hi all,

I apply for Express Entry with my common-law partner and we already received ITA. I have to fill this form. But I have two questions.

1. "... solemnly declare that we have cohabited in a conjugal relationship for X continuous years..."

I am with my girlfriend for over 7 years but we only started to live together 3 years ago.

What should I put here? Should I put the date we started to hangout or the date we started to live together (which is the date I declared earlier we started our common-law relationship).

2. "My common-law partner and I:

a) Have jointly signed a residental lease, mortage or purchase agreement relating to a residence in which we both live."

3 years ago we both signed a lease contract to rent an apartment in my home country and we lived there for 2 years until we both moved to Canada for IEC. In Canada we did not sign any lease agreement.

Can I select YES to this question? I mean we don't live there anymore but we have the lease agreement which we both signed. But the question is formed like we should only think about place in which we currently live.

I will be glad for any help.
