Looks good, but they should be notarized (or the equivalent).

I think it's a good idea to have a couple of them notarized. I'm not sure of the cost, but it's not much.

A common-law applicant needs to provide at least 2 letters that are notarized (or the equivalent in Germany).

I have a question I'm going to tag onto this post because I'm curious.

Are the letters of declaration allowed to be identical like that? That's a really great template, but I wondered if they were required to be different or if it was okay for your family/friends to just fill out a template like that. Cause if it's allowed, that's what I'm going to do too!

I found this on the forum as well ...so I just made it a little different!

but I believe it can be similar ... as long all information are correct and true???

I also did not found at the document checklist that they have to be notarized and also not in the guide?

well

That format is super formal; there is no need for the fancy language or layout. You can just have people write simple letters, "To whom it may concern", a paragraph or two, in their own words. If they have trouble with English, have them dictate to you what they are saying so you can type it in English and email it to them to sign and mail back to you.

In order to be a Statutory Declaration, it must be notarized. Otherwise, it's just a letter, not a Stat Dec.

From the Western Europe checklist, point 10 - Proof of Relationship to Sponsor:

If you are a common-law or conjugal partner, provide evidence that your relationship is genuine and continuing and has existed for at least 12 months prior to your application. Also provide details of the history of your relationship and at least two statutory declarations from individuals with personal knowledge of your relationship supporting your claim that the relationship is genuine and continuing.
