Statuses reverted?

When an account is impacted by this glitch, does it mean some officer make some update on the case in the background? I lost my test completion status, but it shows 2 ghost updates
I think generally glitch made the impact due to an automatic update of some sort, not because an officer touched it. There is no way these many people have this problem all of a sudden due to a manual action.
In your case after the glitch threw you off status an officer must have done some regular updates on the file in the background, that could be reason for these ghost updates

I am still stuck in the reverted tracker state. Not yet to normal for me. Anyone else in same situation ?
Thanks for your input, my account is impacted today and still remains like that. Hope I can see some movements since my background is not even complete yet before the glitch
For me too, the incorrect status is still being displayed
I just signed into the tracker again today and same thing. Everything reverted back to when I first applied. Will keep watching over the next few days to see what happens
I am stuck too. Citizenship Test was "Completed" prior to this fiasco. Now stuck in "In Progress" and no change yet.
Yes, my status also has not reverted back since December 14th.
