status waiting for payment after pay

Hi everybody.

In my case i got one place the last 13th and i inmediatly paid but mon projet showed me error anyway my bank informed that MIDI already took my money but my status is the same. I called to MIDI and they told me "just wait" Does anybody have the same problem? maybe does anybody knoow time solution?. thanks

Dear all,
MIDI received my Bank Draft on 20-6-16. But till today my profile shows "payment Processing". What does this mean? When this status will be changed. On the other hand, I have 21 days to complete my payment. After they receive the payment, what will be the next step? Can anyone help me in this regard?

After maintenance today my status "waiting for payment" changed and i recived 2 PDF about confirmation of "ouverture de dossier" so i have the status "waiting for traitment" 8)
