Same is my case I paid on 13th and now status changed to Waiting for treatment

I submitted my application on 13th Jun, 2016 and got number xxxx3497. I Paid my application via CC on the same data but didn't get confirmation email rather got message payment wasn't successful but deducted from my account. Anybody help?

Guys, I have submitted Quebec Application on 13th June and pay my fees via credit card. But I got the message my payment isn't successful please try again. however amount is deducted from my cc. Till than no confirmation from Quebec and Amount is gone. Suggestion Required.
