Status update....plz suggest

Hi Friends,

I had submitted the complete set of Docs to Canada High Commission New Delhi last month.....Afterwards the status was shown as below

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

........today, when I checked the status, I found the following update....

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 7, 2010

My Question.....

Does this mean that the High commission have reviewed all my docs....now they will ask me to get the medical done....if yes, how much more time it will take......if no, what does this means...

It means that completeness of your application and your NOC are found to be okay and eligibility based on points earned will be evaluated now. Medicals can be received this point onward..anytime. I got mine at the same time...some forum member have waited for 75 days or so.
