Status says Decision Made - How long to find the decision?

My status changed yesterday but I have not received an email yet. Can somebody that has been in this position tell me if they will send a letter by mail or if will they notify me by email what the decision is? I am so anxious. I hope is a positive decision and not a denial of the visa! I do not know if they will ask for an interview or I can go for the medical tests right away.

if it is before medicals then it is rejection and if after medicals then u have got the visa u will get ur passports in 1 week time cingrats

I haven't had the medicals yet :'( :'( :'( Are they just denying my visa then? I feel so discouraged now.

Decision made before getting medicals request is usually a denied case but do not lose hope just yet. Wait for the reason for rejection and reapply.

Has it ever been a positive decision though? I have waited for this for almost a year now and I really thought I could get it. It always seemed like I had more than enough points. I guess I'll have to wait but I am not feeling very optimistic right now.
