finally able to access ECAS but with only 2 lines

We started processing your application on September 23, 2015.


before it have 5 lines...

Same for me, can access now but only have two lines (also had five lines before)..

mycic account is restored but it shows only my PR application. All other previous applications are gone while I still have no access to ECAS.

To everyone accessing ECAS using UCI number: when and where did you obtain this number? I was never given an UCI number during my PR application, only EE profile number is shown on all messages I got in MyCIC. I still cannot access ECAS using this number and I would like to try with UCI number but where do I get it?

You only get that number through previous applications with CIC (work permits, visas, study permits, etc)

Did you get any additional document request letter by cic? The request letter shows UCI number.

Curious Question to All..

I never accessed ECAS, just kept an eye on MYCIC for updates..

As ECAS is not working since a week now, is there any other way to check details given in ECAS.

I know GCMS notes is one but it does take a long time though

MyCic is working and no changes. But ECAS still down...
It's taking to long.

I have ECAS visible now, I had 4 lines, now I have only 2. And also I can see only my latest application while I could see both the last refused one with DM and the current one with In progress.....
