I was also getting error on MyCIC earlier. Changed computers and it started working. Not sure if this helps anyone.

Hi hotshot007,

I have tried different computers but no luck. I have submitted CSE regarding the problem. Now waiting for response.

Thank You

We received your application for permanent residence on September 14, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 23, 2015.

before it have 5 lines...

ECAS has 4 lines for me (including 4th line that medicals have been received). Before it had only 3 lines I think.

MyCIC seems to be down currently.

NO ECAS ACCESS YET...
MYCIC WORKING FINE, GOT REQUEST OF ADD INFO

Still can't access ECAS
and now getting Temporary Service Unavailable for myCIC.

I swear it just keeps getting worse and worse..lol.

ECAS: working fine -> can sign in but no status -> account doesn't exist
MyCIC: working fine -> Session Expired error -> Temporary unavailable error

::)
