Same here. FSW Outland applicant with AOR in September. At first I almost had a panic attack! Glad am not alone though. My CIC is working fine though with no updates!! ::)

Where do you get the UCI number? I only have an application number/Case number.

I got it from previous application (for WP). You can get it from GCMS notes as well.
 
I was getting access atleast even there was no Status- Now it says no account with provided info.
Hope its again a Tech error.. :(
 
No access. I was able to log in using Receipt Number and now I cannot. Still though with the Receipt Number, there were no ECAs.
 
Anyone tried to access the ECAS today? It still shows nothing for me, as if the system cannot recognize my profile. I submitted my application on 4 November 2015.
 
Its the same as yesterday, not able to login.
 
Good fellas, take a breather. This is probably a system error and they have clearly stated it on their website. Give it a time and things will start rolling again.
 
I read somewhere this has only been impacted for express entry applications.

Maybe they got tired of receiving all the calls after DM on ecas and decided to remove all access as MyCiC provides updates also....... ;D

Hoping it gets fixed soon!!!

You will get your uci number when you land in Canada.
It stands for universal client identification.
