Yes, I have two applications in-process
My First application I applied under old CEC in Aug-2014(This i can see the status in-process)

my Second application is with new express entry under Ontario PNP Applied in Aug 2015 (This i cannot able to see status from this morning)

On November 6th it was down at least from 8am to about 3pm. When it got back on it was very unstable. But when I checked my status it was changed. Let's not have any superficial hope though. Let's just think it is a maintenance issue.

Exactly same message for me as well.
Seems like a technical glitch as its the same for a large number of applicants.

Yeah, of course it is... but it's not crazy to think that they are updating all the data, most of us have been waiting for months with no updates... which doesn't necessarily mean ppr for everybody. It could simply mean meds passed for some, bg check for others and some dms or pprs... or maybe the server is down and nothing will change :P we'll see
 
Same here.. I was already freaking out over this. Glad to see it is happening to lots of applicants.
