Hi. It's been more than a month since I submitted my application but there is no update yet in the account.
My friend who had earlier gone through the same process at least got an update within couple of days that the medicals were approved.
Is there a number I can call to get an update about the application?

So, I was informed once you do medical, at least that gets updated. But nothing has happened. So was concerned.
Also, have only paid $550 not the complete amount. Is that an issue?

My medicals took 2 months to update. It happens.

No issues. Some people prefer to pay the $490 later so they know when their decision is nearly finalized.
