Assume your TRV has been cancelled electronically but you can confirm that with IRCC.

Just clarifying you sent a webform to ask about the validity of your TRV? When did you send the webform? If TRV has been cancelled you should reestablish yourself in your home country and reapply in 5+ years and see if you get approved.
Before I came to Canada I asked to the consulate that where I got the visa from in my home country. And they replied to me.
