why you haven't visit your nearest countries before like UK,Schengen,AU like you never visit in any country as a tourist it doesn't make any sense to go out for 10 days in Canada .

i had no time before to visit countries.

however, I attached appreciation letter and LoA issued to me by Canadian army officials. i supported them in Afghanistan during the deployment of their military in war zone. but the civilian working in embassies will not understand these things. I was authorized to use their air transport and weapon issued by them. not sure why my application refused.
