Status Obsolete on some entities in GCMS notes

I have a question regarding GCMS notes. What does the status “Obsolete” under some of entries in employment history, IELTS and other sections mean?

Does it mean that this information is no longer valid and replaced by information with status “Recieved”? Am I right ?

Have received the same reason that '' employment history status appear as obsolete prior to APR received date (16 Jan 2019).
