Status meaning??

Dear Sidhu,
Unfortunately the status does mean rejection... I got the same status and a rejection letter soon after... Please check my previous posts in feb for completed details. However, my rejection was on wrong grounds and I had sent representations to visa office explaining their error, they have reopened my case and my passport has now been sent for stamping hopefully very soon...

I applied in Feb. If you do think your rejection (if it happens) is on unfair grounds, you can take steps to challange it... All the best & God Bless!

after how much time you got the rejection letter? i mean after ur status get changed to visa office eligibi........

I got it in about a week's time after the Ecas status changed...

I wish you all the best for your status, but I am afraid that means rejection. The face is, it has happened to me. My E-cas Status was the same "eligibility review complete" for seven months and finally I was refused.

One thing needs to have clarity that what does 120 days mean ?

120 days mean just for sending the documents.

All docs needs to be prepared either before filing with NS or almost till receipt of ist AOR.

When one receives ist AOR, immediately attach all docs and send within 2-3 days.

It will speed up the process.

There are big lots of application at visa office, if they open after 10 days, and balance days were only 5 when u sent, then obviously, it will fall into 120+ pool. & probably going to be rejected OR awaiting supervisor approval.
