Hello I'm sorry to ask so many questions. I am almost done just want to triple check.

On one of the forms it asks for my current country of residence which is here. But I can only give one date,, problem is I had visitor visa then flagpole and got IEC which counts as two entries to Canada and I don't want them to think I'm misrepresenting but there's no option to add another line. How can I negate this? Can I just add that into my form of explanations? Since it only asks country of residence and status.

Enter the date of your last entry to Canada, if applicable.
Indicate the place you last entered Canada (example: Toronto airport, Lacolle border crossing, seaport Yarmouth, etc.).

Question 14
Enter the date of your dependant’s last entry to Canada.
Indicate the place they last entered Canada (example: Toronto airport, Lacolle border crossing, seaport Yarmouth, etc.).

your last entry to Canada should be the date you entered after flagpole.....you may provide explanation of your multiple entry in a separate sheet
