Status after passport submission

Submitted passports on 20 sep. Have not got back till date.

Application got approved and closed on 21sep. However today i checked and observed stranged thing. Application is still showing approved however final decision is saying not started. Earlier it was application has been approved.

Also, bg check status has been updated to blank. Earlier it was completed.

Anyone know what kind of behaviour it is?

Maybe a technical glitch?

Some VOs can take 4 weeks to return passports. I don't think you should worry yet.
