I called the IRCC and talked to agent directly , she checked and said everything completed except security that still in process.
I also asked about GCMS note that I requested and no response yet, she said there is no sign here about your requested note and sent me an email to follow up.
I don’t know what happened actually :
My consultant had mistake in sending?, or they sent the response but my representative missed it ?
What’s your idea ?
When I talked to him, he said he did everything right, but I wonder what exactly happened ?

The best way to answer this question is that you should ask him/her to forward the ATIP confirmation Email
it has a follow up number which you can trace your request
when you submit an ATIP request you get such this Email

I think the best way to figure out why it took long is requesting GCMS note, as you can see all the notes officers wrote on your case
But about the time line I have no clue, as I was asked for medical and ADRs in April 2024, then I received PAL on September 17 - when my eligibility passed-
I asked for note on January 28,2025 that haven’t received a response, so my representative supposed to ask another one
it was all about my case, hope you and others receive good news soon

I requested the GCMS twice and did not get it.
The first one was when my work permit was refused one year ago and I requested the notes via my consultant and followed up after 3 months; till today I did not get to
The second one I submitted by myself ATIP around one month ago, and I also did not get any response, just the confirmation email with a temporary tracking number and I think I will not get it
So I think not everyone who submits the ATIP gets the notes and I am not sure about the reasons
In confirmation email that Mostafa shared today;

if i understand Mostafa correctly, you can do it through a Canadian representative like a Lawyer
yes of course a lawyer a friend a family and anyone with this situation can help you to access this note

My representative asked this morning for another GCMS note,
Finally , he sent me the email with temporary tracking number, like yours,
when you think I will get another email with tracking number that they mentioned in this email ?
I think I should tell him everything step by step
