Hi everyone
I just called IRCC and asked about my application status, she said eligiblity, medical and criminality completed
security is under review ,
I asked about my GCMS note that still haven’t received the response, that she said no sign of GCMS note is here and sent me an email for follow up
So I have no way to wait more longer
It’s now more than 49 months
No more update from my side
Hope everyone positive news soon

Regarding the eligibility in your online GC the status is (completed) or still (We're reviewing your eligibility)? I mean, the online eligibility status is different than its status over the phone?
The online GC Shows everything reviewing except medical that’s passed on this account
But the officer told me all passed except security that’s processing
Another friend here mentioned that in GCMS note he received, everything written passed but in GC account it shows processing
Hi, I called IRCC about my PR application, and the agent told me that everything is complete, but my background check hasn’t started. However, my lawyer says it shows as ‘Not Applicable’ in my account. Has anyone experienced this or has any information about it?
We applied April 2022 and it didn’t change from 6 months ago.For my team members background check is in process.

i called above phone# and follow same steps. they told me that
1- criminality - OK
2- Medical checkup - OK
3- Eligibility - Not started yet
4- Security screening - Not started yet
File submission: March 2022. (36 months so far...
unfortunately, he didn't answer the following questions, so i would be grateful if you could assist to explain when shall i expect to receive
- ADR for business progress
- PAL
- Final decision

It must be in your mind the all information in GCKEY is not necessary update even maybe you can get PPR email and in GCKEY shows all steps are incomplete

if you are in canada and want to know a brif report and update news about your application you can find this only by speaking with agent which need call many time and from outside of canada this way in someway is not possible but if you call with robot answering machine , the robot read just your GCkey account
the best way to find is officer note for those who Waite more than application processing time
