Yes you are pretty much ahead in line, IF not in 2024, 2025 expect PPR.

It's been almost a year since I did the medical tests (Last December)? Should I be worried that IRCC has not requested another medical test? Is it possible that they will extend the expiration of the previous one?

actully,every is affected even the ones under processing.
as the quota was set for no. of "admissions"
