No I have not received AOR Applied in March 2024. But just received this update.

My Designated Organization is not under priority processing. I think your DO must be in priority.

This is an uncertain scenario. No one knows anything after this development. As per an immigration law firm there are approx 9000 startup visa applications (Groups) pending (backlog) and almost 29000 individual applications (on an average 3+ people in a group). Now rest of the math you my learned friends can do. You can estimate that including Self Employed program how many applications from Startup Visa can be processed per annum? Moreover per year 800+ SUV group applications (most of it will be priority) will be added as there are 82 designated organizations. Most importantly as my friend @BigDreamBoy has mentioned that non-priority applicants are the most badly hit category. Any suggestion or any correction is always welcome.

Guys on a sad note i have to mention, the post my first SUV work permit rejection in June 204, the lawyer reviewed, redrafted the work permit, this time with more details and elaboration and applied in October 2024, today got the rejection notification from IRCC.
We still don't know the reason as he haven't checked it, but I'm just perplexed why? when startup has been approved by the designated firm, PR is in process, then why rejection of work permit?
Anyone went through the same experience?
Any ideas, support discussions are welcome....

I have an odd question.
The SUV PR condition is that essential member should travel to establish the business. Now in this case that the multiple WP applications are being rejected, what would be the status of PR. Some say its not mandatory to come to Canada before PR, but i am confused how would the PR be processed if the business is not progressive.
Can someone educate us how this will work
