Starting to apply -gather docs stage- help needed

Hi,
I am planning to apply by oct mid i have following questions:

Now in the new form they require proof of employment - as a self employed contractor can we put the Client as employer? also only providing last 3 yrs t4 is enough as proof?

Second thing, for proof of english do I have to write any exam ? my marksheets are in english including degree certificate. But not mentioning mode is in english. Wife is having IELTS took 4 years back.

What do you mean by new Form?

If you have registered incorporation no matter on your own name that would be your employer, you mentioned about the client in a separate sheet or add a clarification letter.

Your wife is good with IELTS even 4 yrs old, you also need to have minimum a letter from your institute validating your degree and confirm that all the medium of instruction during the period of education was in English, however best is you also go for IELTS general or CIC recognized English certification program like ◦CELPIP or CLB.

From May 2014 the application form asking for proof of employment, I asked couple of friends who applied earlier this year, their forms doesnot have this line . The Question for 6F

no dear you cannot add client as employer. It will be misrepresenting
