Starting ARC Application.....some help PLZ

HELLO I have started filling out the ARC application, straight forward, now could someone help on starting the letter, how long is it suppose to be? how to start the letter, and how much do i put in the letter i dont want to bore the immigration officer, i want it to be honest procise but not mechanic,

can anyone give me examples or ideas, and a link of the ARC application, just want to make sure its the right one and if its been changed or updated.

when i had to apply for ARC, the visa office sent me a letter to do so. they also indicated the amount to pay and how much. I explained how i got to canada in the first place and why i was deported finally. it is a good idea to include that you are sorry for whatever reasons led to your deportation - as i am sure you may have also noticed that deportation can be both humbling and embarassing. Then be sure to include the fees. There is no form or format for the visa office i applied to (accra) but some offices do have a form. Find out what applies in your case. Hope this helps.
