Starting a business under NAFTA

Greeting fellows,

Again I keeping my options open as to what can be done about if I go to Canada and no jobs
Thinking on plan B.
Business under NAFTA
1) are canadian PR allowed to do business under NAFTA in Mexico or US
2) Can I start a firm in Canada as Canadian business and expand to US under NAFTA.
3) I don't have a lot of money to show to the goverment to start under NAFTA, do I need a lot of money?
4) so what visa I have to come back to US under, since I am resident and not yet a citizen..

Any comments will b appreciated.

NAFTA is for citizens AND also with special skills.

P.S. you are counting too much on PR! Canada PR is not so valuable as you have thought of.

as_vender is correct, you don't qualify under NAFTA since it applies only to citizens. It is one reason why so many people are in a rush to get citizenship (see the citizenship forum)
