Starting a business and expanding it

Hi,

I plan to start a window cleaning company. For the time being, it will be providing services only in Ontario. Later I have plans to expand it to other provinces as well. I had decided to incorporate it provincially, but friends suggested to go for federal incorporation. Which has more benefits? Is it difficult to change provincial incorporation to federal incorporation once we expand the business to other provinces?

yes, you can change the incorporation later but there will be some complex procedures.

Thanks for your response. I have gone through several blogs on incorporation, and the process seems to be easy. As I'm focusing my business on a province, for the time being, I think provincial incorporation will be more suitable
