Start up business or Partnership? In Ontario ??

Hello,

I am in such a situation where there was no way left but finally got a way out through business category. There is one guy ready to help me in opening a new business as a saloon or spa under my name and as per him we can show the investment of $200k by including rent, renovation , all machinery's , furniture , lawyer fees, hiring 2 Canadians etc
My question is will this work out for getting PR under this start up business category.

And second option was to get into a running business as a partner ??

Kindly, help me in this situation what should I do and where should I go for getting my PR done????

Which program were you thinking of applying under? It's not very clear.

To qualify for the Start Up visa, your business idea needs to be supported by one of the designated organizations listed on the page below. Do you have the support of a designated organization? If you don't have the support of one of these organizations, the Start Up visa isn't an option for you.
