I think stappling all the papers altogether is OK. You can use 3 stapler pins on left edge of the whole bunch. When u send papers to local CHC, and the bulk is large, u can sew all the papers with string like a book binder.

I think one can use a (plastic) clip file with protective sheets (like a documents file OR pockets file - the one usually used for keeping bundle of your degrees). Of course the material used in this file is plastic and not metalic. I have npt yet sent the file but planning to do so. Other fellows having experience or authentic advice in this regard may suggest otherwise??

PMM, If I am not mistaken, at the link provided by you, it is mentioned that - use paper clip to attach check list (on the top of bunch of rest papers), it is not suggested for whole bunch. They have never mentioned not to staple. I wonder how can you use a paper clip to 'bind' properly a bunch of 50 pages?

i think stapling is better option. if paper clip comes off then the papers may come loose and get mixed up. the officer will not know the order of your pages then. just dont staple drafts- i am sure u know that.

If you want to paperclip 50 pages together, you need a big paperclip or a paper clamp. The regular size will not do that job. Ask at a book store / office supplies.

You could also paperclip relevant pages together to make up small bundles instead of paperclipping all of the 50 pages to each other.

Leon is correct, paper clip pertinent pages together to make up small bunch instead of paper clipping it all together.

there are variety of clear folders available in the market just slide your all documents in it you wont need paper clip or staple and it also look decent. What i did , just took precautionary measure to put transparent scotch tape at the end of each folder so in case if plastic tear off it still be in contact. If you sending your originals education documents print few tags which show your name and file number and stick to each educational documents to be on the safe side. I did this all and already done my medical last month.

I also use folders rather than clipping the papers. Using the folders. It’s very important for a business to go for file folder printing particularly when you keep your documents for various future uses. For example you keep record of payments and receiving for the end of the year profit and loss evaluation.
