Stages of Spousal Sponsorship and What stage am I in?

I have posted my timeline and status on gckey. Does anyone know what stage this would be considered? It is for an outland application. I was told it still hasn't been transferred to Mexico yet but the background check has started. So I'm not sure if I'm in the clear...or if it is still possible to have to attend an interview

January 8, 2019 application delivered

February 27, 2019 application accepted (AOR)

March 6, 2019 progress bar available

March 26, 2019 requested biometrics

March 27, 2019 sponsor approved

March 27, 2019 requested medical exams

March 29, 2019 submitted medical exams and biometrics

March 29, 2019 confirmation biometrics was received

March 31, 2019 passed medical exam

Lol. The entire thing is the waiting stage but I'm curious if reviewing eligibility and processing background is near the end and if so it is strange that they are not doing these things at the Mexico VO

If it is Mexico vo, expect around 12 months total process... before I read for some people that also it said about background since the start of application... but it still took time... all we can do just wait...
