Stage two approval in Philippines

Anyone knows that stage two approval has been started in Philippines or not?

I haven't seen approvals coming from AIP. Only full approvals from Feb and March paper-based applications.

It won't start somewhere exclusively.. all those that passed the first stage are still waiting.

I have a copy of GCMS and yes , a long wait but its worth it for now. Its second app already.

Cebu vfs is open. No one knows yet when the 2nd stage will commence.

Hi. What are the notes stated in your gcms notes? Is it also passed on the “final:” that is located first page of your notes?
Gcms recieved before AIP. However, page 16 shows Original Passport Request.
