Sr's Plz help, Very Urgent Case

Dear Friends,
I Recieved an email from my VO that :I have to give my PCC for UAE that I lived for 3 years there.

I already got my PCC from UAE when I left there & sent to my Visa office & after that I didn't come back there.

Now my VO asked me to send PCC ASAP.
It is not possible,UAE embassy said me at least 6 months take yo request it & pass to me.

plzzzz say what I have to do????
I am waiting for PPR.

U can re send the same PCC and explain them that you never been entered UAE again.

Thanks for your reply, Original PCC is with them, I have black and white copy, It is Ok to scan that & send to them? My VO will satisfy?

You must provide new PCC since something must have come up in security background check.
In U.A.E if someone is blacklisted all the similar names are blacklisted and you have to visit Police Headquarters to get your clearance. They will stamp a seal called LA Khatat after clearance.

Originals means it cannot be scanned copies

During your stay in UAE u obtained the PCC before leaving the country, it means that u have no criminal record in UAE.

After u left UAE there is no need to obtain a PCC since you were not present there, so how its possible that u send a new PCC for the second time.

You can explain the VO for the time duration of your stay in UAE. Because you must be physically present for at least 6 month in that particular country to obtain PCC.

If someone lives in UAE for 2 to 3 months than will he required to show PCC from UAE to cic ?
