Nobody will be able to answer this as each application is unique and will take its own time. I suggest you compare with applicants similar to your situation.
Usually 1 to 3 months is for culture of sputum and to get results. Maybe 4 months till all settles. This test is only for TB I think so it is not hard to tell how long it takes if you find other people on the forum that did the test.
