I am also past 6 months (due June 9) and i have not received any communication from cic (none whatsoever from december till date).
i requested gcms and found r10 is passed but file is pending other checks at ottawa. called yesterday and still no movement on my file since june 23rd.

I am CEC inland. Now it's 6 months and 9 days. I already requested GCMS. How long it takes for you to receive your GCMS? Last notification I received from CIC was on April 20. No update since then.
