Pls share your timeline like Initial Application date, 2nd AOR etc.
People with In Process Date since Jan-12 are still waiting for MR, so u have to wait for atleast 2-3 months to get MR is you are not having AEO.

I thought they were going by initial application date to CIO (FIFO)

No one knows how NVDO is behaving.... All we know is.... "WE ARE WAITING DESPERATELY"

as far as i followed these threads, i can make out that nothing is certain , no definite process is documented by NVDO, except their usual "Copy Paste" case specific inquiry replay stating " applications are processed FIFO of Application filed date"

rest all are speculations.

Not necessary. You can get it from SP also. I provided PCC both the time from SP office only. Yes, you can get it from PP office, provided they have your police verification data in their records. If your current passport is issued from the same office then it will take only few hours to get it. If not, then it may take more than a month as they need the fresh verification as it was my case. One of my friends got it from PP office by paying the fee of Rs 1500 only. But I paid more than double both the time as bribe only & I had to run after them (local PS, CID & SP office).

but i think it should be from passprt sewa kendra coz i got pcc last month , even they stamped on my passport about pcc for canada, on 2nd page of passport

I requested for PCC from Regional Passport Office from where my Passport was originally issued. But still, they were taking a LONG time. After 4 Weeks, I requested my passport back. They took 1 week to return it. Then I approached SP office. They did the verification on the same day and issued the PCC next day!
From CIC point of view, there is ABSOLUTELY no difference whether you get PCC from SP, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner or the Passport Office.

Selection Status – Passed
Security Status – BLANK
Criminality Status – IN PROGRESS
Comments by VO – Eligibility passed, Funds Met, Crim pending. ECD: Please issue med X 2, and request :- Indian PCCs, RPRFs, PPTs
Last application update date: 01.06.2012

My question: Should I send them the PCCs right now without their request letter?? It might save some time in further processing.

I don't think it will be of much use if you send PCC now. They will definitely ask for the new one if your MR comes after 3 months.

it doesnt looks good to send any doc before they ask you. by the way..b ready to make such document. they will ask you all those doc definitely. even if you send now, they will just hold on file. they dont do anything, before their schedule. ..

Yes,u a are absolutely correct. Unless otherwise asked for,we should not send any such docs,barring change in marrital status/family constitution,residential address and AEO, which purportedly may affect our applications.
In my case,Selection assessment was completed favourably on Feb 13,2012 with June 12,2012 being BFD AND File SENT TO M1G,suggesting commencement of background check. So far,nothing has come out.Hope and wait may alone help us all to withstand the pressure resulted by anxities.
Let us wish nd pray for each other!!! Who knows light-ship is all set to beckon our VOYAGE to head towards our destined place in CANADA,very soon !!!
