Maybe I could not make point clear (I am not very good at English)

What I was saying was that only a few people may get medicals and not most of us who got in process with dates. (Please see that only about 3000 vacancies are there for whole New Delhi MI-1 backlog of 18658 people)

Moreover, people on that thread seemed too sure that we will get medicals (even visas) within 24 months of 2nd AOR. I said that there is no exact timeline under which NDVO will send us love letters. They may even keep us waiting for meds until the end of 2012.

We cannot be so sure on this. Because NDVO people themselves wont be sure if somebody asks them

It does not say about the ND quota rising from 9000 to 10700.
Or did you calculate it by multiplying with 17%?

That 17% is overall. FSW has increased only from 55900 to 61000 (10%?)

Moreover, the last year's visa targets for NDVO was only 7500 (As per Access to Information Act). And when we say it is 9000 this year, it already includes the increment (greater than expected)

Your CAIPS are exacly similar to KDSTL, mkmishra, skogutem and mine.
You are all set for receiving medical/ppt request by ECU.

Your interview is waived unless they find any concerns later on.
VO is satisfied by your ability to establish in Canada, and has given a green signal to your file (SELDEC 1)

Your next BFD like all others is after 4 months of in process.

The only extra thing in your case is that they require Fresh Proof of Funds. (Did you not send 6 months account history? Did you only send bank certification?)

GBL is only the initials of IO who studied your file.... should be of no concern.

In all the CAIPS so far, file is sent to MPR and is to be brought forward to M1G on the respective BFD.
So MPR and M1G may be some departments/locations in VO.

ECU seems to be the department who is responsible for issuing MR requests..... since most of the MI-3 applicants also receive MR/PPR through emails from ECU
The subject line of such email says:...."ECU: Bxxxxxxxx (file no.) (Applicants full name)"

you are right and good analysis.
i think if you send bank certificate , they ask for proof of fund statement again.
I also send bank certificate and not the bank statement.

I think you all guys should get mail for MR in May.

but sooner or later we all will be in our destiny.

we are lucky that we have this thread/forum so at least we are connected to each other and gets updates.
we have senior members who are ready help anytime. at least this way we reduce our tense and get positive.

dear all ,
recently god blessed me with a girl child .i informed CHC new delhi about the arrival . so far didnt get any information from them for update documents.how long it takes for visa office to inform us on what all has to be submitted.
meanwhile i have already started collecting the documents.
birth certifcate is done , passport is on the way . do i need to nortarize these documents ..for a positive response?
the most important thing is i need to update my proof of funds ...for three its 17011cad i already have 643000rs in savings bank account according to old money value now canadian dollar value is 50 INR so for two this 643000is enough or do i increase it also i need to to increase funds for my daughter should i make a fixed deposit separate for my daughter or add money into my present savings since if i put in savings i dont get any interest or i want to make a fresh financial statement fixed deposit with 17011 $ and inform vis aoffice accordingly..but i have 1 fear that if i am moving my saving money and if that time vo checks my account will it be a problem?
already i had big loss by putting the money in savings account for last 2 years without anything happening . now my status shows in process . seniors please guide me out of this situation?

Regarding saving account money, you don't need to maintain the funds. if VO calls and you don't have money than they will ask for the updated fund statement. anyway you need to carry when you do immigration landing.

maximum they will ask you to show updated bank statement or bank certificate.
