Sorry to hear that but I reckon problem is with your B.com marks. I have heard in this forum and from
consultants that you need atleast 60% in your most recent diploma/degree as a qualifying criteria.

Please take an expert opinion as well as my knowledge is limited to the sources I said.

Look at the rejection reason. It says "Others"

There would be some more detail than just others explained in letter of rejection or somewhere.

You need to see what it says and interpret what it means. Probably some missed document

Reason for refusal:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: Your qualifications, previous studies, missing marks cards, gap in studies employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.

My guess is that you had backlogs and maybe didn't provide the summary thereof, besides low marks in grad and also moving from Sales job to financial planning course. Maybe.

Gymguy is spot on! He is absolutely correct when it comes to the reason:

12th grade mark sheet with at least above 55% score for undergraduate programs
Bachelors degree or three to four years of Advance Diploma with minimum 50% or above, is required for post graduate courses
Proof of work experience
Proof of payment of Tuition Fee
Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of $10,000 for living expenses
Medical test results conducted only by approved panel doctors
Visa fee of $150

Also Sales and Financial Planning are completely different things...
It is presumed that you want to change your Course of Career as per CIC.

I had submitted all the documents as per the checklist and education is also fulfil their requirement.

May be the finance course is the only reason for the rejection
