12TH- 81 %
B.COM - 59 %
IELTS SCORE - OVERALL 6 ( NOT LESS THAN 5.5 )
GIC - PAID
FIRST YEAR TUITION FEE - PAID
GAP - 1 YEAR AND 3 MONTHS
MY QUES IS THAT . FOR THE NXT SUBMISSION UNDER NON-SPP CATEGORY SHALL I PROCEED WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ONLY COVERING THIS REFUSAL REASON ??
means for filling gap - i think i have a certificate issued by word karate federation .. for appearing black belt test and won it ... ( may 27 th ) and by giving IELTS preparation 4 months .... and 2 months for detailed research of course ..........
and providing a strong SOP other than previous one .....
and there is another doubt which is regarding marks .... a huge decrease in percentage of marks..is that create a problem ??
any need for providing other documents for filing NON-SPP submission

Dont u think your IELTS score is less? U need minimum 6.5 and not less than 6 in any one for a post graduation course. Also u didnt mention what is your proposed course that anyone can analyze and help u.

The course you have selected is not suitable as your from commerce background you would have gone for accounting type courses not finance because you don't have idea of finance that might be reason of rejection 6 is acceptable bro I am applying with this band same as yours in nyit college for MBA finance programme I am in general cateogary as I got rejected in 2012 in spp cateogary i was from lambton college last time business management was my programme that time my qualification was B.COM the reason was same as yours and I did my MBA in finance already in India so I want to do MBA again from foreign university or college.

No as per SPP minimum IELTS score requirement is 6 overall with no less than 5.5 in each

Undergraduate level is min-5.5 and overall- 6
but post grad is min -6 and over all-6.5

your profile good to go, but the most important is your IELTS score, i will suggest you try to improve IELTS and in the meanwhile aply for caips.. to get exact reason for your refusal and the things mentioned will do well in your visa file and remember this time go for general checklist.

if you have a valid reason to study
and adding strong points in SOP, 7 yr gap doesnt matter..
your profile is nice, all you do is adding some additional letters like reference letter from your employer and college or your professor..

HI I am Aamer & I think that our profile is quite similar and reason for refusal is also same
I have applied on 31st July'15 paper based application from Hyderabad VFS, application goes to Bangalore Office

This is my 2nd attempt. Earlier I had applied under SPP category on 23rd June'15 and i got my passport on 14th July'15 stating that my application is refused on the basis of other reasons i.e "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies and academic record, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans"

Profile:
- IELTS : 6.5 Bands (L-8.5, S-6, W-6, R-5.5)
- 10th: 58% / 12th: 55% / B.com: 71% (Quite poor in studies till 12th but worked hard in B.com)
- 11months of experience as a Claims Associate in UnitedHealth Group
- Applied for "Financial Planning & Wealth Management" course in Lambton College
- Paid GIC & 1st Sem Fees // Now in my 2nd application I have also shown 12 lacks of education loan, Parents savings, Fixed Assets
- Explained why the previous refusal is not relevant to my profile and explained my circumstances

Today I got a mail that my passport has been despatched. UCI number is mentioned on the top. How can check abt the status of visa? Or do I have to see in my passport only?
