I will be applying under SPP. Please reply if any document is missing from the list or if any document is not needed:

01. Application forms
Application for study permit - IMM1294
Family Information - IMM5645E
Student Questionaire form
VFS Consent
SPP Checklist
02. Original Passport + Photocopy of first and last pages.
03. Passport size photo x 2
04. Letter of Acceptance
05. Photocopy of IELTS test results [Above 6 in all]
06. Photocopy of 1st Semester Fee receipt + Wire Transfer Proof
07. Photocopy of Marksheets + Passing Certificates + Leaving Certificate
08. Photocopy of Work Experience Letter
09. Financial Docs
Photocopy of Bank Loan Sanction Letter [7.5lacs]
Photocopy of Bank Statements from both mom and dad's acct.
Photocopy of Fixed Deposits
Photocopy of Total Acct Balance confirmation from bank.
Financial Summary of Parents + Applicant
10. Photocopy of Medicals

All photocopies are notarized by an Advocate.

1. I'm applying through a consultant, but the consultant is not registered with ICCRC. So I have not added the Representative form. The consultant has just guided me through the procedures by phone and emails. All the document collection and form filling was done by me. Do I still need to add the representative form??

2. My dad run's a private firm. I have just mentioned it in the Family information form. I have not included any company registration papers or any IT papers to show his annual income proof.

3. My dad is the main sponsor. Will there be any problem if I show my mom savings. She used to work in a Government telecom company. And she has taken voluntary retirement long time ago.

Please guide me if I'm doing anything wrong!

The purpose of the SPP prgm is faster processing if you add too many unwanted doc's this will slow down your processing.
SPP is designed for fresh graduates or fresh students without work experience (that is why a Loan 80% of 1st year expenses is a must under SPP) who apply to institutes in Canada if you want to show all these doc's apply under general category.

@Faithworks..... R u sure that having work experience cant apply under SPP...Lol!!!!!!
Is SPP only for fresh graduates????? Experts pls reply... I am having 4 yrs of work experience and applying under SPP....
So am i doing wrong? Is SPP really for only fresh graduates?????
Pls leave a quick reply...
Thanks

i am also having 4 yrs of experience..shouldn't i apply under SPP?
replies are highly appreciated.

08. Photocopy of Work Experience Letter(not req)
WHY NOT?? I completed my Bachelor's in 2010 and since then till date I'm working as a Network Engineer. I HAVE to attach the work experience certificate to show the proof that I was doing something througout the year.

09. Financial Docs
Photocopy of Bank Loan Sanction Letter [7.5lacs]( bank loan is a must)
Photocopy of Bank Statements from both mom and dad's acct(not req).
Photocopy of Fixed Deposits(not req)
Photocopy of Total Acct Balance confirmation from bank.(not req)
Financial Summary of Parents + Applicant(not req)
I have taken bank loan of 7.5 lacs and my complete academic expense is around $25k CAD. How do I prove them that I will be able to cover up my remaining academic expenses?? Through a piece of paper?? ???

All photocopies are notarized by an Advocate.(not req)
We HAVE to notarized all photocopies to verify them that the photocopies are all of Original docs and that these are not fakes!

I agree SPP is afaster way to process Visa's. But that doesn't means that only fresh graduates without work experience can only apply under SPP. And it's not necessary to get the 80% bank loan if I'm able to cover up my expenses. Just for the formality I have applied for a bank loan. And for that purpose to convince the Visa officer I have to show them the bank savings!

Have you ever applied for SPP Visa or have gone through the procedures??

Experts need to reply here!

The certificate should not be a fake and should be notarized. They might also call up the employer to verify if you're really working there.
