Spp study visa status applied through chd vfs

Could u plz suggest me in matter:::
I received LOA from kpu of $ 1000 and i already paid $7605 more .....so ...with the receipt of 1000 and 7605 i applied spp file..
..but today i receive new LOA of $8605.......can i have to submit the same again or not if yes how ...i applied throgh chd vfs.....on 30th jan...

I also submitted my file at chd vfs and file is being processed at New delhi visa office. So, when you tracked your application on vfs website, so it never showed New delhi for you ?

I am worried how come my file transferred to delhi ? I applied on 13th december and I am still waiting. No idea what is going on.

No it never showed new delhi
